Emag leaking
Hi guys
I need help from the emag specialists.
Today I tested my emag with the flatline 3000.
It works fine en E mode, but leaks as soon as I air it up in M mode.
It worked fine last time I used it a month ago with a HP or SHP reg
As it works fine in E mode I think it's not a valve issue.
Do you got an idea ?
Is it due to the flatline ?
Thanks

The mode shouldnt effect anything unless you have the trigger rod up tight against the trigger when it's at rest and it doesn't sound like that is the case. There is another variable somewhere that you aren't catching... where does it leak from?

That was was my first idea, but as it worked last time and I didn't touched the sear I eliminated the option...
At first sight I'd say it leaks by the barrel, I hear it by the powerfeed tube

The mode really has nothing to do with the valve. It mearly provides a stop for the trigger so that it cannot hit the trigger rod while in E mode. In M mode the trigger stop is removed and the trigger can move the entire distance to push the trigger rod and allow a mechanical pull. If putting the emag in M mode causes a leak, I would suspect that it is level 10 related due to a tiny bit of force on the trigger rod. Remove the powertube shims if there are any present.

Thanks, I'll try this during this week end

Hello,
I just worked on my emag.
I started by the easyer : the on/off. I replaced all the orings.
I don't know why but it had a standard 006 instead of quad oring, and I had to put a 009 instead of a 008....
But it stopped leaking.
No I only have to chrono it !
Thanks guys
