              Ive decided to go with a drop in washer instead of trying to make a press fit part.

              The washer can be held in place by the spring or loctite retaining compound can be used .

              Tomorrow i will be cutting the washers and testing fitment :)

                so drop in means you just ship to us and let us install on our own?

                also you say drop in so I dont have to use my dremel?

                                The test gun was cycled with the washer on the right about 500 times and shows no sign of wear .

                                The cnc lathe already cut 150 of them :)
