More Picture problems

I feel retarded. I thought that I had some computer ability but aparently this is out of my reach Anyway this is where Im at, I got the pic down to the "Attach File" section but now what do I do with them to get em into the post? (OMG! )

Click, "Upload Picture" (after selecting it in the add file thing)
Then you can savely close the window after it is done.. It will say when it is done.

Make sure the file is within the limits though, if it isn't it will tell you and you have to resize.

To attach the file you have to click on the attachment button half way down the page and the window that pops up says browse...do that find the file and then click on it ...the url of the pic file will be in the browse box...then click the upload button and then when it is done..assuming it is small enough to be uploaded you choose close the pop up window and then hit the submit reply button as per normal...pic should now show.
