    if Luke or someone else would like my cad files they are welcome as i really don't have the time for this at the moment, there not complete but the info is there and is easier to see in solidworks as you can section view to see the holes etc.

    Why bother making them. The cores are less than a buck a piece.

    Edit: Actually, I don't know what the operating pressure is on those <$1 ones. The $1.80 cores have an operating pressure of 200-4000 psi. I also saw some with a lower range, topping off at 2000psi, which would be good enough even for an SHP reg.

    I think what KNM meant was he did have the setup, tyou need a special tap fir them and the read hole has to be tappered to seal , I've tested a Schrader with 1200 psi and it worked like a charm I just haven't git roubg to putting it all in one grip

    Is that just the standard Schrader valve from a tire that you were testing?

    Also, for anyone looking to do this, I did a little research and found that Schraeder valve threading is 0.305"-32TPI. However, there are also Schrader valves already assembled in threaded 1/8NPT sleeves, which would probably also work for this. Of course, those are a little more expensive.

    i kinda got over welmed today in architecture classes.
    so ill jugle things till i feel confident i can give this a good run.

    so ive been looking into the schrader valves and they do a high pressure one rated to 4000psi

    well i had a few mins free this morning and kinda finished it off
    obvioulsy the grip can be different shapes i just kept it simple

    So the concept is there and it all fits!

    I will offer the funds to have "one" produced if someone wants to make it....... For testing purposes.

    Do you have any springs in mind. I would think any spring of the right diameter that has a 120 pound compression weight would work.

    Also any dimensions? Or they still adjustable based on piston diameter?

    imade the adjuster screw 1/2" to allow for a thicker spring
