    emag wise,
for the shell of an emag I can print frame(still needs testing), rail battery pack.
only thing people will need is body, board, battery and valve.

Don' ask questions. It is considered "trolling" in some locations.

    the frame printed fine,
needs some tweeks here and there so, +1 printed like a champ -1 pretty sure some circles are off.

to be honest with you the most experience I have with electronics is car stereo installs, and getting hit with 440 from the ship.
    * I do very well with stereos though been doing it for 15 years now

You got hit with 440? Yikes! Just the other day I was talking with an electrician I know...not sure if its true but he claims that 440 is fatal for more people than it isn't. I'm extremely careful when poking around with any of the 440 panels at work... I hope to never find out.

The printing is looking good! Keep at it... you'll be a seasoned pro before you know it.

yeah it knocked me out, ive been hit by it twice, its not the voltage that kills you its how the amperage is dispersed to the body, if a 1/10th or more of an amp gets to your heart you could be looking at death.

ive seen 440 do some crazy stuff.

running a print of my own personal pico shells just to see how they come out with the black im using,
machine is printing like butter, its doing better then ive seen most printers do that are made by the company that I got mine from.

goes to show learn your equipment and it will treat you right.

I have no problem printing prototype for people.
im actually doing it for some people right now, I just took a break to throw a pico in the mix.

Yeah... all depends on what path it follows through the body. Also the reason that I try not to have both hands burried in a panel at the same time. Don't need to give it a path straight through the chest.

now we just need someone to do it for free, lol
I don't know how to modify the stl, I know basic, that may be basic for some but I cant do it
and if someone were to do it for free we need the resolution at its highest possible.

once I get the file I can print some up.

    close to done.
    very smooth quality

this edge isn't even done to the smallest layer size yet it is very smooth. the feed neck port for the loader looks rough because the printer's LED lights are shining on a radial surface made of layers.
    damn smooth.

    thanks,
im selling a lot of my incomplete projects to focus more on actually accomplishing something and further my knowledge in stuff like this,
compared to what I do now, which in simplest terms could be construed as look at what my money buys.

Very cool. Is the support material able to be melted down and reused?

I don't have the facility to do that, the material needs to be washed well then put through and extruder again, any small amount of dirt or grime on the recycle material can cause a print to fail and split or worse clog the print head extruder. so I toss my stuff.

first one done don't like too much.
but hey it smoothed out nice.
may have to adjust the hole so it doesn't strip out.
that's a big thing, I know someone will over torque the bolt into the top and strip the ABS out.
looking into an imbedded stud option.
