    not terrible looking.
    no forgrip,

printing rt sear style right now.
no zlock pin channel.(doesn't matter ABS isn't stopping a valve from unscrewing)

update finally fixed some small issues that where affecting the finish of my work.
in the end great stuff is being produced
cable chain needs a redesign so it flows a little better and stays together.
all the parts in black and green are upgrades I printed myself. (others created the files), they make a drastic difference in my quality of finished prints.

soon my new hotend will be in the mail and ill be able to print other materials besides ABS, and PLA.

    woohoo.
now if I could just figure out the new settings on the flashing of the firmware I have to do

My sydarm weighs less than yours!!!

the one I just purchased was 2000$
one focus you need to look at is if you can encase the printer, *example with plexiglass, and to hold a 60-80*C temp, it helps a ton with ABS printing, prevents of stops warping.
I print with PLA so the way this new printer prints it has no issues with warping.

I print at 100 microns, im getting down to 25 microns, but don't like to print at that fine of detail.
because my customers never need that fine of layer detail.

I went with a maker bot 2 replicator, amazing machine.
spendy, but hey what is money good for if you dont spend it.

I might be wrong but wouldn't it expand/stretch and blow past the 0-rings before exploding? Besides working doing commercial re- loading I'm kinda used to explosions. Believe me an 850 psi air boom won't hold a candle to 300 primers going off in a feed tube, that's serious change of underwear time. I dance with disaster everyday. If you can get the threads for the co2 charger to hold up I WANT one of these. I've been trying to find some one to make an Alum. Sydarm body and can't, and since I lack the skills to make my own I'm stuck. So we're looking for a remedy to the top heavy Sydarm problem.

have you printed grips or trigger frame panels before? it would be interesting to see some cool designs printed out for some frames that don't really have a decent market for grips or panels

yeah I have, but they were fro frames that don't exist.

but I can throw an outline for panel into cad.
I would need some design ideas though.

there are a lot of people who don't like plastic grips though.
a lot like to go to the aluminum route.

Yea I kinda figured people enjoy aluminum over plastic, just seems it would be easier to get grips with custom designs through 3d printing as opposed to having to get them engraved
