Finally picked up a RT classic... now for the modifications :)

picked up an RT classic last week, been after one of these for a little while, but anyway here's where I've got so far..
Going to keep it Mech but make it gas through, utilising a demon frame and asa, just got my SHP reg too

Quick vert mod on the body followed by a transfer rail, hidden gas ports on the rear side

So now that you've chopped the wings off... and opened air supply like that... how are you going to plug it?

Ah Ha... there not totally cut off its hard to see in the picture but i've tapped them deeper and only cut them so there's enough meat left to fit the blanking screws
also pocketed the inside to shed a little weight
I would of made a rail especially for it and I may still do that, but only just back in the workshop and have to get through some of the paid work 1st

Love it...love the colors your thinking about. How bout giving it an old school Indian Larry chopper / steam punk style vibe. Maybe a bright green Candy metal flake with Brass fittings/ guauges. You could have the whole body Jeweled and have some gold Leaf and Red pin stripes....OOOH AAAAAH...just a thought.
