Star Wars type Emperor electric charge from TI barrel, Y-grip

I rebuilt my E Micro 2000 Valve and was testing it in the dark with a Dye TI titanium barrel and the first shot included a mini lightning bolt spark that was very visible and defined like in
Star Wars - but smaller. Is that from the titanium barrel? How do I increase the lightning bolt aspect to the maximum. This would make playing paintball at night much more interesting.

Its called static. Dry air leads to higher static charge.

I recall there being something about the interaction of the bolt with titanium barrels that would cause this. This was years and years ago when DYE first released the Titanium boomsticks.

No Idea. But I'd assume since they are made of something other than gelatin they might cause more static electricity as they pass trough the barrel.
