Take the reg pin out and clean the assembly/inspect for damage to O-rings.

Everything looks good, having too tight of a carrier and the bolt sticking wouldnt cause a leek out of there would it?

The front of the regulator pin assembly has two orings separated by a plastic split washer. A piece of dirt in one of those orings will cause a leak out the side hole.

Bolt sick is a different issue. It means your level 10 bolt is not adjusted properly and needs to be properly tuned.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

does that plastic washer have a little space in it or is it a complete circle?

The plastic washer should look broken. It's basically a spacer. Clean out the cavity where the reg piston assy sits with quips really well then reinstall and try shooting it. If it continues to leak swap out the 2 orings on the pin assy. They're probably dry-rotted, most of the time you can't tell from just looking at them and will fall apart when you try removing them.

Were you talking about regulator pin assembly or the one at the bottom of power tube behind lvl 10 carrier?
