    Brandon area.

    Usually play with wfcpaintball.com .

3 fields at 3 different churches in the area.

This saturday its at 301 Fellowship church, 10 dollars to play, bring your own paint if you want, and they feed you a lunch that would cost you 10 at a cafe.

Ladders can do that , going up and down them a couple hundred thousand times working.......

I just don't run much, and try and find something big to bunker up behind.

Knees ain't bad, it's the lower back with me.

That's what the inversion table is for.

And the tens unit for the sciatica.

I'll play till it's no longer fun, it's still fun so I'm still going.
