    Yes still working on it sorry for the delay i have a few family issues which have been eating up my free time, just finishing off the sear pin details and a little bit of model tidying then im good to prototype

    I know this is a dumb question,
    and I think you answered it on the post,
    but will you being doing a pass to get rid of the milling wavieness?

    yes he did answer this. this was just a rough pass with an aggressive tool so he could see the shape

    Yes that is a rough finish mill pass, final bodies would be much much smoother
    That was machined from a block in a vice rather than a turned billet on the 4axis mill
