I think I can follow that. Only part that was bit unclear by just looking at the pictures was where C5 and C6 exactly go, but the text made that clear as well.

I can change that, but all you have to do is follow the red line. Plus there is a note that says where they go.

Take the entire reg assembly and drop it into the fg bottom, exactly how it's stacked in the picture, where do you suppose C5 and C6 will sit...

As said, the text made it clear. The red lines were actually the reason why I was bit confused of them before I read where they go. The way I interpeted them by just reading the pictures was that they go both some how below C1 and inside the B5.

Made changes to the drawings, sorry if I came across as an aSS, I do want things a clear as possible. LMK if there are any oversights or anything confusing about the directions.

I finished up the machining on the regs that have been ordered, just waiting for the springs to come in for final assembly..

Does anyone want me to skip assembly so you can send it to anno? I'll be using Loctite 545 instead of Teflon tape, not sure how hard that will be for the anno guy to cleanup. LMK.

    SKIP ASSEMBLY:
    Swiss Cheeze
    dodge3500
    tolar250 (both)
    grub (both)
    barkingspider (both)
    wetwrks
    kwik175 (both)
    Laku
    Ailia
    goin5150
    OPBN (CURVED, payment pending)
    maverick13

I do have a "shop drawing" function in my program but I've never used it and I can't seem to get it to do what I want. I decided to just do screen captures, will this work for you guys?
All parts will be individually labeled for easy identification and assembly if LPRFG is shipped un-assembled.
LMK if the instructions need tweaked or reworked.

The foregrip top and bottom is assembled and machined together in the same operation (for the profile) in order to get a perfect fit. Do not try and mix and match these if you get two of the same type. They will operate perfectly but there may be small miss-alignments between parts even if they are the same shape. Please let your anodizer know not to mix these up if he gets multiples in. I will ship with the tops and bottoms screwed together but beware not to mix them up somewhere down the line!

    Springs are here!
I'm going to start packaging and processing the orders after I assemble a few and do the final checks.
I'm going to shoot for delivery on Monday the 30th.

Thank you to the guys that got in on the preorder, it was a very expensive project, I would have been hard pressed to make it happen without your help.

    PRE-ORDER PRICING IS CLOSED (6-26-14)

OK guys a hit a snag with the one part I purchased. I got the discs from Palmers but they sent the wrong ones. I've had them for a month but never thought to check to make sure they were the correct ones. Anyway I sent them back this morning for an exchange.

Guys. I ran into some issues with the springs I had made, trying to get that figured out.
Also, I've decided to not send these out un-assembled, I just want to to make sure they're working correctly when you get them.
I've had to order another low pressure gauge I managed to blow mine out, looks like it will be Thursday before I can get back on these.

I know most of you have plans to send these out to anno right away, but if at all possible I would like you to (re)test them if possible before sending them to the annodizer. I'm doing all the testing in house that I can, but extra tests with "new eyes" wouldn't hurt with it being a new product.

This project has been a time killer but I'm doing my best to get it done, rest assured it is priority.

    Orders #1-#13 ships today.

All the others are assembled waiting to be tested. I had two air fitting that kicked the can and had to order replacements to finish the testing. I expect the fittings in from Palmers in a few days, the testing will only be an hour or so on the remaining orders.

All LPRs are preset at 60 psi.

    Thanks guys.
