Angel Dye feedneck combo for MAGS finally found!

My 3 year long quest to find a MAG feedneck, with a quick release, that works as well as the Ego 11, has finally ended. This combo probably cost me about $400 bucks in trial and error. No feedneck ever satisfied me, because sometimes I need to change my Rotor quickly between games from MAG to MAG or from MAG to EGO, etc. I always lose my hex keys in during the frantic pace of battle, so I need that "no tools needed" thing.

(I wasn't happy with the Empire feedneck. They don't fit the Rotor without a fight, and you can easily strip the bottom clamp screw. They also make the MAGS look like an Empire Sniper or Resurrection.)

While sick with a fever today. I started taking all my feednecks apart and mixing and matching, in ways that I previously didn't have the patience for. This is the dream combo below, that I found. It's a new Dye top piece, with an old Angel bottom piece. They fit perfectly into each other, and fits the Rotor and clamps it down in place with no movement.

I have been looking for the same thing. So its one of these :

Plus the clamping neck of this:

    Right?

I have been tempted to try this, but for $70 I feel that I can live with my CCM wrench ones. Someone needs to make a mid price clamping angel feedneck.

You can usually get the Angel part cheaper when they're used. This expensive Angel one, new, has been up and unsold for 3 years. I offered $20 shipped for both of mine. The demand for Angel threads should be declining since the Angels have gone away. I have an alert saved for Angel Feednecks, so I see when they come up.

That would have been too easy.
