I run my Xmag on 1000psi, seems to be alright. The air is regulated down anyway at the valve reg, is it not? The SHP just helps the recharge rate (please correct me if I am wrong).

The emag won't have any problems with a high pressure output. The solenoid pull force is only based on chamber pressure which is always the same no matter what tank you have installed. The solenoid hold force requirement is higher with a higher output tank, but the solenoid also has much more holding force when the plunger is pulled in than it does when the plunger is farther away while the sear is at rest.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
