    Regulator springs.

    Can someone recommend a good oil or grease for the regulator springs.

    any proper bearing grease will be fine (i use phil wood, since that's what i had). its just to prevent corrosion.

    I use Super Lube grease for my spring pack and then use it sparingly on other places as well...barrel orings, tank orings, power feed plug oring, and other various places on my 'Mags.

    Any good grease that stays on the spring to prevent moisture from causing it to rust will work. It should be thick enough that it doesn't drip off but not so thick that it impedes the operation of the spring. Grease that dries up rapidly isn't good because it will crack and fall off as the spring moves.
    Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.
