    Automag RT

Hey guys, I'm an old fart (43 now) and it seems my paintball days are over. None of the kids are interested either so it's time to let go of my RT. It's been in storage for a while and I have no idea what it's worth. The tank is way out of date (98) and is garbage and I'm sure everything is pretty dry inside but clean. Has the Dye Broomstick twistlock stainless barrel. Any clue as to what I could sell this for now?

$200.00 to $250.00. if you still had the sight rail it would be closer to the $250.00 on a good day.

$150 is about right, more if you want to wait a while to sell it.

At 43 you are just getting started, keep it and get out and play with it.

~225 if it's in working condition; less than $200 if the valve needs a rebuild. more if it has a level 10 bolt.

I shoot pistols competitively now and the kids would rather shoot my guns at the range when there's time. I enjoy paintball but I'm just tired of storing stuff I might use once a year at best. These things never work well after sitting for a while. Appreciate the feedback. I found another shortie barrel and with the rest of my gear I'm guessing I'll end up with around $300 for the package.

I was winning the world cup at 50......don't ever think you're too old!

Good. We need more youth constructively and safely involved with firearms.

I'm sympathetic to your situation and am eager to see what my kids' interests/hobbies will be. I'm sure it's hard to give up paintball, but really, you are choosing family. That is also something we need more of.

    Good luck, and take care.
