Check it out! 'Angel LCD w/ hidden eyes'

I love rocking old school markers. My Angel FLY is no exception.

I did want a more modern board, and I wanted eyes for the longest time, but I couldn't get past the ugly eye straps on most Angels with eyes. I needed something cleaner, and a bit more streamlined.

    The rest is history.

Wow, that looks outstanding! Any chance we could get a look at the inner goodies?

Honestly, there's not much to show. I did remove the feedneck to get a better photo though.
The image that you're seeing is the infrared, high-sensitivity phototransistor.

The raw aluminium that you're seeing around the sensor, is from the machining and de-burring process.
The eye is upward facing, but set at an offset angle to avoid the central airline that runs from the LPR to the solenoid.

Very nice! I love it! Now is that a full custom board, Or is it a newer model angel board like an A1 stock or modified?

Edit: Nevermind . I found the website.

Looks like a full custom drop in board for LCDs and IR3s.
I would love to bring my Apollo milled LCD into the modern age like this!

I see nothing about pricing. The website needs a lot of work as well. The back ground is way to busy.

I do have a couple of Angels that would benefit from this.

He doesn't have pricing listed on his website. You would have to contact him directly by the email that's listed on his site, or by phone. The website though, does need a bit of work. Like yourself, I did find it a bit cluttered and the background a bit busy.
