I dont mind making extras for those that can't get on the list right away, I just need a heads up.

I've had a chance to think about the feedcup situation since Brian ask about buying one of my prototype feednecks. I think I'm leaning towards just tweaking the design of this feedcup since I have fixtures and programing done. I understand most want a lever type but that would add considerable time to the project and push delivery back easily a month minimum. If you guys can live with this (tweaked some) I can add it to deal for an additional $10. That would of course include all the hardware and you're already getting the feedneck ring.

I believe I figured out a way to make it work better with the different size hoppers, the following is just a reference to get a feel for the feed cup.

    Thoughts?

Personally I like levers, and would be willing to wait/pay for one, but it won't make or break my interest in this platform

It's not going to happen any time soon, probably years so it's this or nothing. (lol) I have many other projects I would rather work on, plus all the difficult work is done on this. Tweaking it wont be to bad in order to get it done in a reasonable time to ship with the bodies.

Honestly I dont like the lever style necks myself so getting enthused to design one would take some effort.

Just a heads up, the "pre-production pricing" window will be closing soon, not to mention the chance to bring the price down overall for everyone. The slug body machining will finish up today or tomorrow. (The other stuff will be right behind)

I'm not completely sure but I will probably do extras but the cost will be higher than the pre-production pricing offered here.

So I'm anticipating somewhere in the neighborhood of 7/15/16 I'll have to make a final decision on how many of these bodies to make. With little interest in this design, at the most I will probably only make an extra 5 or 6 bodies, if that. Just a heads up for anyone that hasn't decided if they want one or not.

Been thinking about the feedneck and I believe I have a design figured out, just nothing drawn up to look at. I've decided that I'm just going to throw the feedcup in for free, presuming there are no unforeseen problems (Just a disclaimer, there shouldn't be any issues)

Slug body and carriers are complete, next are detents followed by stainless steel springcups then the feedcup, last will be the Delfator body, grip frames, panels and FG-LPR's.

I'll be asking for final payments around 7/15 so I can start machining the Deflator parts.

Unassembled from you will work best. I'll then get them anodized and then ship back to you. I'm fine with covering the shipping charges.

Go ahead and ship to me, and I'll work out the anodizing.

Once that is done, I'll contact you, if needed, for assembly assistance. I have no problems with paying for your time and additional shipping if I have to....

Assembly is actually pretty easy. I have instructions for the LPR and the carrier is pretty much self explanatory. Plus I can assist assembly if necessary. It wouldn't hurt everyone to learn the in ands outs of all the parts anyway, after you do it once yourself you're good to go. Whatever the case I'll help out one way or another.
