meh, people don't seem to realize that hacked parts = less value. the real question is why that person thinks that gun is worth their asking price? tank and halo aren't worth much, so...

Because represented value does not equate to market value. They do not think that a gun shouldn't be near MSRP or that certain items can detract from value because they are unneeded and vueless themselves.
Eh, if you get that body, have it exiled and no one will know it was hacked.
