Purple X-Valve recently just purchased on Facebook, level 10, RT on\off with correct pin length. I didn't take the regulator apart. No shims. I took the shims out of the level 10.

rt on/off oring between the 2 halfs. When the oring leaks it lets air leave the dump chamber slowly. replace that one and see if that fixes it.

    ^^plus,

The reg is supposed to make up the pressure difference, so "FSDO" on a mag is usually a leak at the on/off or power tube, and the reg piston is sticking a bit.
