Simon's "RKL X-mag" History Lesson (New Pictures)

AO: While at Tunaball X (which everyone should go to btw...), Simon pulled the RKL Xmag from his gear bag. If you have no idea what the RKL Xmag is, feel free to head into the AO archive for more information. Simon and his friend Bob worked on an Xmag to commemorate his time spent in England. According to Simon, it took him a very long time to reverse engineer and work on this gun. He spent so many hours on this marker, that it probably has more time in it than other other gun he has worked on (correct me if I'm wrong Simon). Simon used a few different techniques to scan a wall decoration to convert it into CAD.
Unfortunately, his friend no longer plays and he wanted to make sure it went back to Simon.

If you are interested in reading the original threads that Simon posted about it, head over to the AO archive....

I was a bit surprised when he pulled it out to show me. It felt like uncovering a barn find

Looks like it got the AGDE battery on/off upgrade. It also looks battle tested as well :-) I did forget to look at the serial # tho...
