Making rt pro foregrip gas through?

So I have an rt pro foregrip and I was wondering how feasible it would be to drill and tap it to make it a gas through. It seems to be tapped and threaded on the bottom already.

I’ve thought about doing this before.

I might just go for it. I'll just make the air through the same size as the bike ones and drill and tap the side

You do realize that there are gas through grips you can get/use?

I don't know exactly which foregrip you have, whether it is a 1 piece or a vert and grip combo, but instead of doing needless work that has the potential of ruining a part, you could search for something that would meet your needs.

But if you are all about DIY, don't let me stop you

Well I bought an rt pro grip thinking it was a regular rt one. I can't seem to track down a regular rt grip at all

Funny, I just came across this sales post after we’ve been talking about this very same thing.

I'd much rather just get an rt one but apparently they are hard to come by. Who knew
