Finding out about an outlaw indoor playing option an hour from me a few days ago and then finding out today that the building being used is about to be converted into a business!

Lol. This is hardly Pelosi's fault. She certainly could have been less blunt with Trump, but this is all on the president. He said so himself before the whole thing started. We can lump McConnell in there too. The House has passed three spending bills with veto-proof bipartisan support in the last two weeks, but McConnell has blocked each one in the Senate. This whole thing should be over already.

I'm pissed off at my high school students today. It's the end of the first semester and I'm required to write home letters to parents telling them that their kid failed and why they failed. Occasionally a student fails because of something outside of their control, like one of my kids who came down with Crones this year and missed thirty-two days of school, but most of the time it's simple laziness. So I'm trying to think of a nicer thing to say instead of, "Your kid is a lazy POS who doesn't take anything seriously and never turns in any assignment ever."

The 24 Hours of Daytona got socked in with rain for the last 8 or 9 hours

Still, happy that Alonso checked another box. His stint in the early wet running was incredible.

Fasteners with flathead drive instead of phillips or hex head. Why did they even invent that design?!

You must be working on old door hinges or at least something on an old house.

Yeah, in the middle of selling an old house and buying a different old house. I may ask the seller of the different house to replace all flathead screws used in it with something less stupid. They will agree to those terms, right?

Probably not, sorry. But he might come off the price significantly when he starts to think how many brain cells he fried just taking off one hinge that has 14+ layers of paint on them.

Its been sitting disassembled for 20+ years and is unneeded.

The car has a 67 390 P.I. in it now and the original 1963 390 is sitting in the corner waiting for a rebuild again. So the 1964 390 isnt needed. I had honestly forgotten it was there.

    The car is a 1963 Galaxie 500xl convertible. 390 tripower, 4speed.
After lots of abuse we pulled the tired original 63 390 (now in the corner of the garage) and put in my 67 390 PI motor I was planning on putting in my 69 Mach1.

The 1964 390 was out of a Galaxie as well. My father got it as a spare incase we windowed the original motor.
