on the warpfeed circuit board u will see 4 jumpers on the left hand corner. they will look like this

one by one change them to this
[:] shorter spin
[:][:] even shorter spin
[:][:][:] even shorter spin
[:][:][:][:] shortest spin
the more u turn vertical the shorter the spin time will be. all 4 will vertical will keep the spinning VERY short.
