Whatever happened to the Jax Warriors Super Guns?

So I'm reading the Historic Posts section (its gotta be the elves )

And I suddenly wonder, what happened to the uber special Emags that the Jax Warriors got? Also, anyone have a pic? They don't work anymore

THose were cool. I'd buy one if I could just to say I had one. I looked at the prototype lab pic a few years ago and I remember it said not to even ask for one in big, bold type.

Didn't the Jax Warriors win a big tourney with those guns and then they fell off the face of the earth.

Not really... they took third at Cup in their division I believe. And I think they won D1 Orlando Cup earlier this year. They beat Hogan's Alley and demolished Diesel, but got overtaken by Doc's Raiders and X-Factor I think.

They have had a shakey history in the last couple years. Went from mags to cockers (which weren't much better) then to Empire/NPS where they used Freestyles for a bit, now they mostly shoot Aliases. The team went through a lot of changes too, there was recently a mass exodus right after Orlando Cup I think but they're starting to play better and gel as a team again.

One of them (Alex Brinkman) plays on my team in his spare time. He's a cool guy, we like him a lot.

I'm not exactly a trained eye with mags any more... I see intellifeed, a different rail, and a relocated battery... anything else? And is there anything special about the rail?

I even remember the advertisement... "E-magnificent"

the frame and rail are ULE.

I like the blank/polished valve.

i have a poster from a magazine of Jax Warriors and telling of their success with the emags they had just recieved the night before. and it has and e-mag and i bold behind it at the top it says "E-MAGnificent!" i guess i could send a pic of it on my wall.
i'll post it in a few minutes when i find my camera.

Jax is now sponsored by Empire, shoots Intinidators and have placed in the top 5 of every PSP and NPPL for the past 2 seasons. They even won Orlando Open in '04.

I might be totally wrong on this but I could have sworn remembering somewhere that the valve chamber was actually enlarged for them...
