    Ule springfeed

I have wanted a springfeed for my ule mag and I'm done waiting. This thread is aimed to see who else is interested and what they would want in a springfeed system. I know I'm not the only one thinking about this, so let's get together and see if a run of these can be made.

    New update-
I finally got into a shop to make a prototype of a design. It can out pretty much how I thought it would and feeds quite well. I think I can get it a few mm lower in the next one. I'm going to run with it as is and see how it feeds. This is just a rockncock for now.

Noxx has made some great stuff, but it's hard to find and he is currently backed up with work. If he would make more this thread would be done. But from his shop thread on mcb it does not look like that is happening, though I did read that some were waiting on anno like 3 months ago.

I wonder if you guys could rig up a Longbow magazine with a custom mount for a warp feed, would look pretty cool.

Of course you could all just get qloaders too

Springfeeds with any kind of elbow are always tricky. The most reliable solution I've found come in the form of 90 degree copper elbows from your local hardware store.

Thinking- use warp feedneck tube, cut down so 1/8" sitcks out of the body, drill 2 small holes on each side so wherever feed block used could be held in by set screws.

Another brainstorm- use a spring that is larger diameter than a paintball so that the paint feeds inside the spring, then use a ball push that has one way fins on it to allow balls to pass through it when pulled back but feeds them when moving towArd the breech. This way you could use a phantom feedcap for quicker reloading.

              Sounds like a nail gun!

I had a run of custom springs made for my SS feed tubes. I'm finishing up the plungers now; all that is left is the drilling and tapping for the cocking screw. (Screws are on order, should be here in a few days.)

I already sell a RNC mod for stainless bodies. It can be modded a second time to accept a spring feed. I only made the statement saying "springs and plungers were available" because from what I have been told these parts are not

Is that to attach via the feed neck on the ULE body? If so, once you set that on the feed neck the balls will be blocked out of the breach by the feed neck itself. With the flat bottom I'm guessing you want it to sit flush to the top of the body. (?)

(I don't see threads anywhere so I can't tell how you intend to attach it to the body)

I was not sure what the angel threading was so I left it unthreaded, sorry I'm still learning my solidworks. Yes it fits flush on the ule body and threads on using threaded tubing as an adaptor. It could be formed to fit around the body but set screws would have to be used instead of threading Ill take some pics when I get home of a prototype that has the threaded base and threaded adaptor.
