Man I wanted to do something just like this with my XMT body. I like it.
Is this meant for an RT valve or X valve? Looks like a rt classic rail, body looks like it’s for an Xvalve.
That's most definitely an rt classic body, if you look at the end of the body a little closer you'll see the end of the body hiding a valve.Quote:

Yep, it is a rt classic. I sent only the back half (exposed) part of the valve anodized dust black and it will be relaser'd. The serial was in the 4000s, but I still wanted to keep the serial number. Looks like I will be getting this Sunday or Monday

I'm the opposite, I'm big on camo patterns but I'm really picky with the pattern. I love how this came out, I'm a sucker for tiger stripe patterns.

This looks amazing. Were there any issues anodizing the grip piece and site rail? Someone mentioned to me those pieces cannot be anodized being SS but yours looks beautiful.

Hey digital, the original RT has aluminum sight and foregrip rails. The newer RT Pros has thinner SS rails.Quote:

Who did you go to for the ano and laser on the RT valve? I thought about doing that to an x valve, but wasn't sure how cost effective it would be

Thanks for all the posts!! It was a pretty fun build. I got it shooting, but my paint was crap. I'm looking forward to heading to the field to get it dialed in.
Anodizing: Arc Anodizing
Laser Engraving: No one yet. I have a coworker in another state that could do it, but I never used him yet so I'm not sure I would recommend.
