TUNABALL 8 CABIN INFORMATION

If you need a cabin, you need to post in this thread. Please DO NOT PM ME about the cabins (they will be ignored)

I will get as many as I can: I have three, ....

I will get more IF:
#1) - there are bodies to fill them
and
#2) - there is a deposit put on the cabin by a SINGLE responsible party

There are rules for check out of the cabin (any damage, cleanup needed after checkout, etc) which when broken will result in a deposit not being refunded.

We will be renting DIRECTLY from the owners, not the association!

YOU MAY NOW CALL THE CABIN RENTAL PLACE FOR RENTALS. I have spoken to the new manager Mellissa and she is aware of our past issues. In the future, I will coordinate rentals, but payment will run directly through the new office. They also changed the name to the camp ground. Looks like lots of new changes are coming.

RENTING A CABIN?? Bring the following:
- Sleeping bag or blankets
- pillow
- toilet paper (if everyone brings 1 roll you will have plenty for the weekend)
- roll of paper towel (for checkout cleaning)
- multi-surface cleaner (for checkout cleaning)
- flashlight
- shampoo (one bottle per cabin is enough for everyone)
- towel (they have them, but no linen service)
- liquid hand soap (keep in the bathroom for everyone)
- plan on cooking EVERYTHING out side as a group! Dont use dishes in the cabin!

There is a WaWa down the road, which you can buy a lot of stuff from. The objective is to STAY CLOSE to the Field and Cabins.

how much is a single cabin per night?

it varies per unit..... once i got one owner to speak to the other ones,... we got a more reasonable rate.

it was $169 per night I think. Just the driving distance to the field alone,.. it beats a hotel hands down. We all stay within 200 feet of every player there,..... if your drunk,.. you can stumble back to your bed.

man if i knew for sure i could go i would put myself down for a a cabin, +4 whoever needed.
that is not a bad rate for two nights at 400$.
i hope i can go, but i fear i might not know till really close to the even.

I have received the cabin invoice.
Our balance for 4 cabins is $1932.24

Broken down -
Cabin rate per night 179.00
179.00 times 2 = 358.00
100.00 deposit (returned if unit is clean and damage free)
358.00 plus 100.00 = 458.00
NJ TAX = 100.24 (for 4 cabins)
100.24 divided by 4 = 25.06
458.00 plus 25.06 = $483.06

This amount of $483.06 is due as soon as possible. I will take payment from ONE PERSON IN THE CABIN ONLY!!! They know who they are already. Those of you that are staying in cabins, your amount owes to the "cabin leaders" will depend on your personal arrangement with those in your cabin.

THOSE OF YOU WANTING A CABIN TO BOOK. Please email me so I can give you the new managers number. The park has new rules and we are in the middle of those changes. I have already spoke to the manager. She knows we are a yearly deal, we pay up front, and we will continue to use the location if the park will work with us. Book it like a hotel, and you will have no issues.

I forgot about the 50 dollar deposit we all did for the 4 cabins before. I called the manager to get a new total. That 50 should be taken off the 100 for the deposit..... I will get it sorted out

Jai, many thanks to you for getting me in touch with the folks about a cabin. I have mine all sorted out with them.
