Velocity issues with a Retro Valve

Couldn't get the velocity above the 250 range. I know it is not the tank. I took the tank off of another mag and used it to help trouble shoot the velocity.

    is the spring new?

I am going to replace it with a new gold spring and see if that works. I don't have a chrono with me so I will try next time I go to the field.

BTW, what are the spring levels? Red, gold, silver in order of tension?

Gold, red then silver(dont use silver unless you cut it. The reliability suffers with the silver spring so we dont use them anymore) Send it here if you cant figure it out. I'll fix it.

When you rebuilt the valve, did you clean out the springs in the back? If they're dirty, they might be causing the issue. Maybe there's something in there that's preventing you from actually turning up the velocity the whole way?
