Post Revolution now powered by E-mag battery!

Well, just a heads up to any tinkerer's we have on the board. I completed RobAGD's "Rev Emag Hack" last night. It was simple and works like a charm! The Rev really seems to spin quicker, too. Hopefully I don't burn it up

If you have messed around with wiring (I do a lot of car audio) it should take you an hour or less once you have everything you need. I feel so liberated, no more batteries!

So it's running off of the Emag battery? I was able to do that. But getting a warp board for the revvy... I'm leaving that to the experts. The revvy using a warp board does sound like a good idea tho. But I can't risk another fried board.

I am still using the eye in the Rev to activate it. No "intellifeed" or anything. I haven't chopped a single ball in the last 5 cases, so it seems to be working fine (set at 12bps of course). I was just sick of buying batteries when I have a damn nuclear reactor on the front of my gun. Just didn't make sense. Awesome mod for about $5 in parts!

Fritzy: I did the mod too. $3.96 in parts from Radio Shack. It was pretty easy to do as well. Works great and no more 9v's for me!
