That's a good range. I would suggest finding the parts and building your own or asking g others to help where need.

You can also build your own if you have the right tools. It's not hard, just time-consuming. Knownothingmags can sell you a kit with all the pneumatic parts you need. Then you can watch these videos to learn how to do everything. You will probably have to buy a few tools to do it right (tap kit, extra long drill bit, etc.), but that's probably still cheaper than paying someone else to do it.
